Yates McConnell is the Watershed Coordinator at Costilla County Conservancy District. Originally from Chatham County, North Carolina, I attended the University of North Carolina, majoring in Environmental Science and Geography. I'm extremely excited to be living in the community of San Luis, and am looking forward to learning from and working with the community as we move together towards a healthier watershed.

Recreation Coordinator for the Costilla County Conservancy District
Christian Santistevan serves as the Recreation Coordinator for the Costilla County Conservancy District. A proud native of the small community of San Luis, his family has deep roots spanning many generations. He recently earned his B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Agribusiness from Adams State University. He’s committed to leveraging his education, integrity, and local ties to contribute meaningfully to the CCCD's efforts in serving our communities.
